In a nice moment prior to Boston's practice session, head coach Doc Rivers circled his players and offered thanks on behalf of his team to the airmen and airwomen.
The members of the Air Force returned the favor by presenting the Celtics with a flag that was flown over Afghanistan on Veteran’s Day last year, on a C17 Cargo Plane during Operation Enduring Freedom.
