HOLYOKE -- Registration for Holyoke Youth Football and cheerleading for those in grades three to eight is April 4, May 2 and June 6.
The registrations will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Holyoke Boys and Girls Club, 70 Nick Cosmos Way.
The cost for football registration is $100 for the first child $170 for two children, and $200 for three or more children, a press release said.
Everyone plays and space is limited so youth should register early.
The cost for cheerleading is $60.
Youth will learn and play competitive football in a fun and safe environment. From August through October youth get the opportunity to get fit, learn proper technique, compete in 8-games versus surrounding communities, and work in a team environment to accomplish goals, the press release said.
Youth are coached by a knowledgeable and skilled team of former football players and caring volunteers. Practice is held behind Lynch School on Northampton Street, which is centrally located and starts Aug. 1.
