The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed defensive end Jason Babin off waivers, ESPN reports, just a day after the two-time Pro Bowl selection was cut by the Philadelphia Eagles.Babin, who had 18 sacks last season, had been one of the disappointments in a reeling Eagles defense with only 5 1/2 sacks in 11 games this season. With the Jaguars, he joins a team tied for last in the NFL in sacks with Oakland, posting just 13 total through Week 12.
