Light, who is contemplating retirement, was unaware that the team's offseason program began on Monday.
If New England Patriots left tackle Matt Light knows what the future holds for him, he isn't telling.
Speaking with reporters at a Commissions for Charity stock trading event in Boston, the 33-year-old Light, who is contemplating retirement, would not reveal his plans for the upcoming season.
"My wife has a pretty good idea on what is going to happen with me," Light told reporters, including the Boston Herald. "She keeps me pretty busy."
Light was also unaware that the team's voluntary offseason program began on Monday and had to ask Rob Gronkowski, who was also at the event, for the date.
Light said that he will make a decision on his future sometime soon.
"You know, at this point, I'm just kind of taking day by day," he said. "We'll see how it goes. Sooner than later."
