This is the fourth of five meetings between the Bruins and Senators. Boston won the first three in overtime, a shootout, and regulation, respectively.
With last month behind them, the Bruins hope to turn things around in April. Boston went 9-6-2 in March, including 3-4-1 in its last eight games. The last time it won back-to-back games was March 14-16 against Florida and Washington.
The Bruins held morning skate with all present except for Lane MacDermid who has been battling a minor injury for the last five days.
Line rushes remained the same.
Center Chris Kelly (broken tibia) and Adam McQuaid (should strain) skated for the second day in a row.
Anton Khudobin was the first goalie off the ice indicating he'll make his second straight start.
Khudobin is coming off a 26-save performance in a 2-0 shutout win over the Buffalo Sabres Sunday.
