XAVIER GARCIA, Sabis: The senior guard has scored over 300 points the last two seasons and is closing in on 1,000 in his career for the Bulldogs; averaged 17.2 points a game last season and is a four-year starter.
LANCE HILL, Minnechaug: The two-time Div. I scoring champion in region is back for his senior year; averaged 23 points a game as a sophomore and 24 as a junior; the guard has 1,148 career points and is poised to be the all-time scoring leader in school history this season.
CHRIS LIPSCOMB, West Side: Senior forward was a two-sport All-Scholastic pick a year ago in basketball and football; team captain and MVP averaged 13 points a game and helped the Terriers to a 17-5 mark; also one of the region’s top defensive players.
ZACH PARSONS, Belchertown: Senior forward is a double-double machine, notching 18 of them in 22 games a year ago; averaged 18 points and 13 rebounds last year and led the Orioles to the Div. II semifinals; all-state soccer goalie as well.
KAMARI ROBINSON, Central: The senior forward helped the Golden Eagles win the Div. I state championship last season and a 24-1 record; he was the second-leading scorer on the team averaging 11.4 points a game.
MAT SULDA, Smith Academy: Senior guard led Div. III in scoring with 462 points, and also hit a region-high 62 3-pointers for the Falcons; led his team to 18-5 mark and berth in the tournament semifinals; also an all-state soccer player.
DEVIN WELLS, Westfield: The senior forward helped the Bombers to the quarterfinals of the tournament last year; averaged 12.5 points a game in crowded frontcourt but should have more room to operate this season.
