Mayo played a "gang banger" in the Farrelly Brothers' latest film.
Jerod MayoFOXBOROUGH -- Jerod Mayo may be an All-Pro linebacker, but he already has his eye on a second career.
Mayo was recently bitten by the acting bug after appearing in the Farrelly Brothers' latest film, "The Three Stooges," alongside former Patriots wide receiver Troy Brown. The two played the role of "gang bangers."
"Right now I'm focused on football," Mayo said. "But if there any roles out there, I'm willing to take them."
Mayo said that his part was only minor, but he enjoyed the experience and was happy to be given a speaking role.
"I had one long line," he said.
